An initiative driven by female senior managers at Deutsche Bank Since 1999, more than 7,000 female executives in Europe have participated in this exclusive economic conference comprising outstanding speakers with unique business, political and social perspectives.

The Women in European Business London conference is a market leader, supported every year by a large audience of over 2,000 women, many of whom are from the financial sector and the Deutsche Bank client base.

The annual WOWS conference brings together more than 2,000 financial services professionals and leaders in business and the public sector to discuss relevant business topics and career advancement strategies.

Deutsche Bank hosted it's inaugural Women in Asian Business conference in September this year. The conference allowed women to exchange experiences and discuss business topics on a professional basis and create awareness of women as leaders.

The Women in Banking and Finance Annual Forum hosted by Deutsche Bank began in Sydney in 2009 as part of Deutsche Bank's global commitment to advancing, measuring and celebrating diversity. This event continues to build on its success, increasing the number of attendees at each sold out forum.
